Returns & Exchanges

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our support team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Place the product in its original packaging. Please ensure the security seal is unbroken, as opened hair products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
